Risk Committee Members

The Risk Committee plays an important role in assisting the Board Members in setting and reviewing risk management policies and strategies of the Company.

Members: Y.Bhg. Datuk Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus (Chairperson), Y.Bhg. Datuk Dr. Halim Shafie and Lim Peng Khoon.

Nomination & Remuneration Committee Members

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) is primarily responsible in evaluating and making decisions pertaining to remuneration, compensations and benefits of the Board Members and the Senior Management (General Managers and above) of the Company. This would include the principles and criteria used for evaluation of performance upon request of the CEO.

Members: Y.Bhg. Dato’ Ooi Sang Kuang (Chairperson), Y.Bhg. Datuk Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus and Philip Tan Puay Koon.

Rules Committee Members

The Rules Committee is to evaluate and make decisions pertaining to the rules of services provided by the Company as proposed by the Rules Working Committee.

Members: Norzila Abdul Aziz (Chairperson), Philip Tan Puay Koon and Lim Peng Khoon.

MyClear Management Committee

MyClear Management Committee (MMC) is the decision making body of the Company. MMC is responsible for formulating procedural policies and making decision for day-to-day operations, management and administrative issues based on delegation of all powers, authorities and discretion by the Board.

MMC consists of the following officers, or as may be determined by the Managing Director:-

  • Managing Director
  • Head of Business Development & Operations (Retail)
  • Head of Business Development & Operations (LVP)
  • Head of Rules & Compliance
  • Head of Corporate Services
  • Head of Finance & Administration
  • Head of Information Services

Responsibilities of the Management Committee:

  • Manage the business of MyClear within the strategy and general policy of MyClear as decided by the Board and to implement such strategy and policy.
  • Make day-to-day operation decisions as per delegation of powers by the Board.
  • Delegate specific powers and authority to one or more persons or group of persons.
